Purposes and legal basis of processing

Personal data provided through the contact form are processed in order to handle enquiries and requests from website visitors.

Under Reig Jofre’s global data protection policy, the legal basis for this processing is the user’s consent.

Data are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and subsequently for the period required by law; under the global policy, for at least three years.

Personal data may also be processed in connection with the use of cookies and the fulfilment of legal obligations in the area of pharmacovigilance.

To the extent necessary, data may be disclosed to authorised service providers, Reig Jofre group companies and competent authorities. Any transfer of data outside the European Economic Area is subject to the requirements of the GDPR.

Rights of data subjects

In accordance with the GDPR and subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have the right of access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object.

You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority; in the Czech Republic, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).
